Am actively seeking to contract human rights attorneys in Hungary and Romania to initiate litigation in those
jurisdictions against those individuals and corporations who are participating in the Black Sea undersea cable project.
Our claim against them is for their actual or potential misuse of their own government backed funds to pursue an international

Laws regarding conducting business with Human Rights Violators are ignored
Laws in several of the participating countries including Hungary, Romania, Georgia, Turkey and the European Unions own bylaws referenced by the
European Court of Human Rights established by the European Convention on Human Rights specifically
prohibit these countries and businesses conducting business within these countries from participating in
joint ventures with countries who have an established record of human rights violations.
